Despite the fact that the newest Dark Souls 3 has been available for a while now, many fans of the franchise continue to play the first installment. One Reddit user reached out to Bandai Namco support via email, and posted the publisher's response online. Namco is apparently still looking into the matter, saying that it's aware of the issue currently affecting the Dark Souls: Prepare To Die matchmaking service. This means that Dark Souls online servers should start working properly again soon enough, but for now players may still struggle with servers that are not fully functional.
